Food – Oranges

Oranges should be eaten whole, fresh, because when juiced, they lose fiber, vitamins and, consequently, nutritional value.

Yet, within fruit juices, freshly-squeezed orange juice is better than 100% fruit juices, which, in turn, are better than nectars.
